JROTC Washington D.C. Trip

Officially founded on July 16, 1790, Washington, DC is unique among American cities because it was established by the Constitution of the United States to serve as the nation’s capitol. From the beginning it has been embroiled in political maneuvering, sectionalism, issues of race, national identity, compromise, and of course, power. It was great honor for cadets to visit our nation's capitol, and the great history it has to tell. On our trip, cadets learned history and discovered new things that were interesting about America's history.
